and I said ... Ok! ... atleast I did it
I was wondering when was the last time I actually said 'no' to anything? when was I so bold or blunt or...outright rude, in a way yes?
Ummm just today :D
I feel good that I have again learned the art of saying 'No'
Practice it people.... its good and for the best.

Of course it's good. Doing what your heart tells you to do is always good.

can you teach me... how to do it?

@Deeps and Aseem
Saying No is very very and still very important...put a print out on your office desk and it should say "Learn to say NO"
Keep reading it and it will make a difference.
Finally, dont ever say a blank no, as that would be problematic for you. Always try to relate it to something else as in talk about the side factors ... the timeline being increasd...more owrk force etc, then say it wont be feasible :D hehe
