Friends or Colleagues

Whom to choose from?

A friend who you just know personally, or

A colleague who works with you professionally.

A friend who is not there for you when you are working, or

A colleague who is willing to know you as a person.

A friend who is a friend and not your colleague, or

A colleague who is a colleague and your friend as well.

Finally, I am not overreacting! Its just happened too many times.
